20th International Gathering of Two Spirit/LGBT Native People

Registration Form

You can register for the gathering online by filling out the form below and submitting it OR you can print and fill out a PDF registration form and mail it (address on form). You can pay for registration online, by mail, or providing payment upon check-in at the gathering.

This event is for Native community members, our partners and families.

 Registration Fees

  • Registration fee is $50 USD per person for the entire Gathering (5 days, all meals and lodging included).
  • Registration for first 209 people is first-come first-served.
  • $100 per person for organization representatives, if conferences are line-itemed in your budget.
  • Registration fee waivers are available for people with HIV/AIDS, elders, kids (17 and under – must be with family member or guardian), or for individuals with extraordinary circumstances.
  • All youth participants 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult family member or guardian.
  • Registration fees are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Self-disclosure of medical conditions, including HIV status is protected information.  The Gathering planning council and our agents will treat all medical status as privileged information and this information will not be shared.

If you are a citizen of another country, please have your legal documents (i.e. passport and birth certificate) prepared before coming to the USA.
